Detailed View of TimeSheet Features

  1. Add Time Sheet

    • Series: A unique identifier for each time sheet entry (e.g., TS-YYYY-).
    • Status: Indicates the current state of the time sheet (default: Draft).
    • Company: Name of the company handling the time sheet.
    • Client: Name of the client associated with the time sheet.
    • Currency: Default currency for the time sheet entries (e.g., INR).
    • Exchange Rate: Applicable exchange rate for the currency.
    • Project: Project associated with the time sheet.
    • Matter: Legal matter related to the time sheet entry.
    • Case: Specific case details related to the time sheet.
    • Appointment: Appointment details linked to the time sheet.
    • Employee: Name of the employee logging hours.
    • Time Sheets:

      • Activity Type: Type of activity performed.
      • From Time: Start time of the activity.
      • Hrs: Total hours worked.
      • Project: Project associated with the activity.
      • Is Billable: Indicates if the activity is billable.
    • Total Working Hours: Sum of all logged hours in the time sheet.
